The Residential Rug Care Referral Program is operated through ARGO. Both sets of terms below apply to your participation.
Residential Rug Care Referral Program Terms
These program terms govern participation in the Residential Rug Care referral program (the "Program") and apply in addition to the ARGO platform terms above. By submitting a referral or accepting a reward through the Program, you agree to these terms.
1. Reward Residential Rug Care will provide the agreed referral reward for each qualifying referral. A referral qualifies when the referred party becomes a paying customer. Rewards are issued after the qualifying event is verified.
2. Reward Delivery Rewards are delivered by email to the address on file for your referrer account. It is your responsibility to keep that email address current.
3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to participate. You may not refer yourself, nor refer existing Residential Rug Care customers, employees, or contractors. Residential Rug Care reserves the right to verify referrals and decline any that appear fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible.
4. Tax Responsibility You are solely responsible for any tax obligations associated with rewards you receive. Residential Rug Care may issue tax forms (such as a 1099) where required by law.
5. Program Changes Residential Rug Care may modify or discontinue the Program at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active referrers by email. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated program terms.

ARGO Platform Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using the ARGO platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description ARGO is a referral tracking platform that connects referrers with home-service companies. The platform facilitates the submission, tracking, and management of referrals. ARGO does not process referral rewards directly; reward tracking is for record-keeping purposes only.
3. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ARGO is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Genuine Referrals All referrals submitted through ARGO must be made in good faith. You confirm that you have a reasonable basis for believing the referred party may need the indicated services. Fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading referrals are prohibited.
5. Prohibited Conduct You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading information, attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users, interfere with or disrupt the platform, or scrape or harvest data without authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability ARGO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ARGO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. ARGO does not guarantee any specific reward outcome — reward terms are between you and the participating company.
7. Termination ARGO may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting the participating company or ARGO support.
8. Changes to Terms ARGO may update these platform terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
