1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the ARGO platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

ARGO is a referral tracking platform that connects referrers with home-service companies. The platform facilitates the submission, tracking, and management of referrals. ARGO does not process payments directly; payment tracking is for record-keeping purposes only.

3. Referrer Agreement

As a referrer, you agree that:

  • All referrals submitted are genuine and made in good faith
  • You have a reasonable basis for believing the referred party may need the services indicated
  • You will not submit fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading referrals
  • Referral bonuses are determined by the service company and are not guaranteed by ARGO
  • Payment terms and amounts are between you and the service company

4. Client Agreement

As a service company (client), you agree that:

  • You will follow up on referrals in a timely manner
  • You will update referral statuses accurately
  • You will honor any referral bonus commitments made to referrers
  • You are responsible for all interactions with referred parties

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ARGO is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

ARGO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the platform in the preceding twelve months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
